Alysha Shaw
Alysha is the state policy coordinator at Western Landowners Alliance, working to enact sound policies that conserve our working lands and promote the interests of land stewards across the West. She previously served as the Director of Constituent Services at the New Mexico State Land Office, where she ensured that the agency was responsive and engaged with its numerous constituencies, the largest of which was agricultural lessees. Alysha has over a decade of experience leading successful issue advocacy, community outreach, and communications campaigns. She holds a B.A. in politics and interdisciplinary art from the College of Santa Fe and an M.F.A. in art and social practice from Portland State University.
